Speaking of rider safety, I want to take a moment to send some get well wishes to fellow cyclist, coach, podcaster, and family man, Derek Teel aka @DialedHealth, who was victim of a hit and run accident two weeks ago while riding his bike which left him in a pretty bad way. Thank God he survived but he’s got a long road to recovery ahead. So we wish you well Derek and to everyone else stay safe on those bicycles because it’s the Wild Wild West out there on the streets these days. I wish I could say these types of accidents are becoming less frequent as more riders turn to dirt, however, it just doesn’t seem to be the case.

What up party people. Happy fricken New Year. How in the world we’re entering our third year of podcast I have no idea but until this things blows up in or face or we finally just get too sick of each other, we’re going to keep this thing rolling. We decided it was about time we add just a liiiitle bit of structure to the madness and each came with a burning topic we wanted to throw on the table for discussion. None of us shared these with each other before so everything is still off the cuff, just enough structure to keep the conversations flowing.
